All couples have arguments, or discussions but it looks like Amy Winehouse and husband Blake had more than just a marital tiff. Guests at the Sanderson hotel reported hearing screams and clattering of furniture in the £500-a-night suite in the early hours of yesterday. According to the British tabloid the Daily Mail, the couple checked into the Covent Garden hotel after having spent the evening talking and making peace with both set of parents. Amy texted celebrity blogger Perez Hilton denying Blake's causing the arguments saying: "Blake is the best man in the world. We would never ever harm each other... I was cutting myself after he found me in our room about to do drugs with a call girl and rightly said I wasn't good enough for him. I lost it and he saved my life. I'll be alright. I need to fight my man's corner for him though." The fight in the early hours left both Blake and Amy covered in cuts and bruises. Amy Winehouse had swollen knuckles, blood stains on her ballet shoes and jeans and purple bruises up her neck. But it seems that she gave as good as she got, since Blake looked far off the worst for wear with scratches all up his cheeks and neck. Amy texted again to Perez with: "He did not and never has hurt me. He has such a hard time and he so supportive... He is an amazing man who saved my life again and got cut badly for his troubles.
