Peaches Geldolf Peaches Geldof, the child of the rock 'n' roll couple before Amy Winehouse and Blake Civil-Fielder were even a twinkle in the media eye, Bob Geldof and Paula Yates seems to be getting herself into the fashion industry. The 18 year old budding DJ and journalist has turned her hand to modelling with an Australian fashion chain "Dotti", this being the results of her first ever photo shoot. Peaches has been compared to her rock 'n' roll mother Paula Yates who also tried modelling at the same, although that was far racier as she stripped for Penthouse, even Peaches platinum blonde hair and pouting red lips have conjured images of her demised mother Paula. The move is more evidence of the apparent desire to grow up and go her own way, after her move from the Battersea family home to her own place in Islington. Dotti's general manager Sarah Rovis said of Peaches: "She has her own style, which is an eclectic mix of chain store and high end. It's exactly how our Dotti customers dress. Peaches also stands out from the sameness of Hollywood celebrities and is her own woman." Peaches is apparently already a wealthy woman, after last year claiming to have been earning £250,000 a year even though she'd still been at home and Daddy Bob had to put his foot down about her socialising and make her focus on her A-Levels. Maybe there's more to come from little Miss Geldof, we'll just have to wait and see.
